Welcome to The Learning Haven. By enrolling in any program, booking a session, making a payment or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms & conditions.
1. About Our Services
The Learning Haven provides personalized educational, training and skill development programs designed according to the learner's requirements, age learning levels, goals and areas requiring improvement.
Our programs may include, but are not limited to:
a. Phonics and Foundational Learning
b. Mathematics
c. Science
d. Public Speaking & Presentation Skills
e. Personality Development & Confidence
f. Spoken English
g. Personalized Learning Programs
h. Other educational programs offered by The Learning Haven
The exact content, duration, number of sessions, frequency and learning plan may vary from learner to learner.
2. Customized/Personalized Programs
Our programs are completely personalized according to the learner's individual requirements. The recommended number of sessions and program structure may be determined after an initial assessment, consultation or demo session.
Therefore, the program, duration, number of sessions and fees may differ from one learner to another.
3. Enrollment & Program Commencement
After successful enrollment and payment, The Learning Haven requires approximately 10-12 days to prepare and customize the learning plan, materials, activities and session structure according to the learner's requirements.
Accordingly sessions may commence 10-12 days after enrollment, unless otherwise communicated and agreed upon.
This preparation period helps us ensure that the program is appropriately personalized for the learner.
4. Fees & Payments
All applicable fees will be communicated to the parent/guardian or learner before enrollment.
Fees may vary depending on:
a. Number of Sessions
b. Duration of Sessions
c. Program requirements
d. Level of Customization
e. Nature of the program
d. Other applicable requirements
Payment must be made through the payment methods provided by The Learning Haven. Enrollment is considered confirmed only after the applicable payment has been successfully received.
5. Scheduling of Sessions
Sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed times between The Learning Haven and the learner/parent/guardian.
Parents/guardians are requested to ensure that the learner is available and ready at the scheduled time.
Any change in the agreed schedule should be communicated as early as reasonably possible with the expert.
6. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions
If a learner unable to attend a scheduled session, the parent/guardian/learner should inform the expert in advance.
Rescheduling of a session may be permitted depending on availability and the applicable program policy.
Repeated late cancellations, last-minute requests or missed sessions may not always be eligible for rescheduling or replacement.
The Learning Haven reserves the right to determine whether a missed session qualifies for rescheduling.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the nature of the program, stage of customization, sessions already conducted and applicable payment terms communicated at the time of enrollment.
Where customization, preparation, materials or other services have already commenced, the applicable amount may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any eligible refund will be processed according to The Learning Haven's applicable refund policy.

8. Demo Sessions
Demo or assessment session is offered to help understand the learner's requirements and determine the suitability of the program. A demo session doesn't automatically guarantee enrollment, a particular learning outcome or a specific number of sessions.
9. Learning Outcomes
The Learning Haven makes reasonable efforts to provide high-quality, personalized educational support.
However, learning outcomes may vary depending on several factors, including the learner's participation, attendance, practice, existing knowledge, learning pace, parental support, and other individual circumstances.
Therefore, specific academic results, grades, scores, or guaranteed learning outcomes cannot be promised.
